The Quebec Investor program is specifically designed for targeting experienced investors with significant personal net worth as well as assets that they are willing to invest in the province of Quebec. In order to be eligible for the program, it is important for the applicant to have minimum assets of CAD 2 million with at least an investment plan of CAD 1,200,000 through a financial intermediary in Québec. Furthermore, the applicant must have required experience in management in a legal farming, industrial business, legal professional business or commercial business. Once the applicant qualifies for the program they will be invited to apply for a Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ)to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI). It is also important to note the application process for this program is completely paper-based. Thus, the application will required documents will need to be couriered or mailed to the Ministère.
